Successful financial management plans are accomplished by conducting an evaluation and analysis of the client’s current, future and potential financial position, and consultation to assist in developing a plan that is realistic and effective to meet the goals of the organization.

Fiscal planning
V.F.S. provides assistance with developing, preparing and consultation with fiscal planning activities. Fiscal planning helps the governing/managing body layout the overall budget of the organization, based on an analysis of the revenues and expenditures and includes both capital and operational expenditures.
V.F.S. provides leadership and guidance through the fiscal planning process which includes meeting with the management and financial staff, and preparing in detail the budgets for each department and program. The end result is a complete and detailed fiscal plan that provides the key mechanism for allocating and managing budgets both program and operational, and ensuring that the process for approval of expenditures is met.
